This was my first time financing a vehicle. I very highly recommend this place for vehicles and because everyone here is kind, honest, and welcoming. Kyle was my first point of contact and he was very friendly with us. He told us that he believes being honest and up front which I appreciate a lot. I went back after having the vehicle checked by my mechanic and both Kyle and Amanda helped me through the rest of the process. They told me I could call back at any point if I had any questions. I would personally come back here the next time I need a vehicle.
We bought a car from Platinum yesterday and it was a great experience. They are a small dealership, but have the same cars as the larger lots and seem to offer them at very fair prices. They just have one admin fee of about $299, and no other hidden costs or tricks with their advertised prices. From the time we told Kyle which car we wanted, it took about 30 minutes to do the paperwork and we were out of there, with no pressure to buy add-ons. I will update the review if anything comes up, but based on our purchasing experience, we will look at buying from Platinum again in the future.
Car we were looking for popped up on a search. Carfax looked clean so took a risk and drove out to Topeka from the KC Metro. Luke made checking out the car nice and simple. Amanda in the 'box' (finance) was low pressure as well and no surprise fees for being a cash buyer in a day and age when other dealers play annoying rebate games with people who don't like financing cars. Will definitely look them up again next time we need to replace a vehicle.
